What do you think of when you see the word LOVE? This song depicts just that for me. I think of choosing to be there for my woman through all stages of her life when I see the word love. Love is not just a connection, but it is also a choice. Lets be honest… everyone don’t come healed and that is okay. I wrote this song right before I met my wife and I wouldn’t change a damn thing!
2. i wish
Do you ever adore someone so much that if only they could see themselves through your eyes then they would know their worth and value? My wife has been through some shit and that is of course her story to tell. I am sure everyone has been through some things, am I correct? I wrote this song to tell her that I see and understand her. What she saw was flawed and faulty was surely her greatest quality. I’m sorry not many people saw your value before, but I see everything you could become and more.

Have you ever felt a feeling that you really can’t explain in the moment, but once you step back and realize that you actually love this person? I wrote this song attempting to describe this feeling, this love, this connection my wife and I have and formed throughout a short period of time. We started as friends and I knew since we started talking that I would love this woman until the end of time. I knew there was no one else better for me than her.

Have you ever met someone that makes you want to get your life all the way together? Well, my wife was not scared to point out every self sabotaging habit I had and I will always be grateful for that. I almost lost her a few times because I chose not to communicate my feelings but she knew I needed patience if I wanted to become the best parent for our kids. I made it part of my life’s purpose to not pass down any trauma that was passed down to me, and for this very reason I will give my wife everything her big heart desires.
